Permodalan Nasional Berhad holds an annual Minggu Saham Amanah Malaysia to promote its unit trust shares and educate the public about the importance of smart investments. It's a high-profile event that involves celebrity guests and poiliticians.

For the 2002 edition of the Minggu Saham, PNB needed a video webcast of each day's proceedings on their homepage by the very next day, and so they came to us for our expertise.

The main challenge was in getting the footage recorded and edited on location at Alor Star back at our offices to be optimized and uploaded onto the web. We told PNB that the best way would be to stream the video over the internet to our offices. This saved both parties a lot of time.

And this time saved would very much come in handy for our team of web programmers, who worked a week's worth of late, late overtime to ensure the videos of each day are uploaded by midnight, every night. Glad to say that, with our input, PNB managed to make Minggu Saham Amanah Malaysia a popular success among the rakyat.
